Standard Will Packages

What is a standard will?

A standard will is a straightforward will for a person or couple whose wishes are simple:

• Single person: everything goes to your children.

• Couple: mirror wills, where everything goes to your spouse first, and then to your children.

• Your total assets are under $1,000,000.

Each will names an estate trustee (executor) to administer your estate and can appoint a guardian for minor children. Wills involving other beneficiaries, trusts beyond a simple trust for minors, multiple wills, business interests, tax planning, or assets of $1,000,000 or more are not standard wills and are quoted separately.

Single: $499

One will, one Power of Attorney for Personal Care (medical directive), and one Continuing Power of Attorney for Property.
